hello lovely people how are you guys doing today I'm going to show you how to create this very glam very sparkly makeup look I wanted a few my different today but I woke up this morning and I realized that the video that I'm about to film today will be my last video for 2019 so since this is my last video for 2019 I decided that I want to do something good and when I say something good that translates to something sparkly something glittery something that looks like this because for me that's what's good so yeah today I'm gonna be showing you how I created this look my eyes are covered in glitters I mean my eyelids not my eyes this is how I want to look at the end of 2019 and this is how I want to welcome 2020 I think that this look is also going to be perfect for your New Year's Eve if you still haven't decided what you wanna wear you can do something like this so hope you guys like the look hope you get inspired and yeah with always anytime let's go ahead and get started all right guys it's one of those days let glam this face up I love wearing clown makeup looks especially if they're sparkly you know what I have a little a little obsession with sparkles you know so the first thing that you're gonna need is a gel eyeliner I'm going to use this one here by Sigma it's called wicked you want to get something that it's easy to smudge and doesn't dry out too quickly because if you apply it and it dries out you won't be able to smudge it so keep that in mind you can take some of it on a small angled brush i'm using the morphe y23 and you will start applying that gel eyeliner in the outer third of your lower lash line and then you will extend it is a winged eyeliner towards the tail of your brow you're gonna stop somewhere in the middle of your eye you don't want to bring it all the way to the tail of your brow and then you start bringing some of that gel
